BIC Euronova in Málaga ranked No. 1 in Spain and 18th in Europe

BIC Euronova, a business incubator based at the Andalusian Technology Park (PTA) in Malaga, has been recognised by the Financial Times in its ranking of Europe’s 180 leading entrepreneurship and innovation hubs. In this ranking, BIC Euronova, led by Álvaro Simón de Blas, places first in Spain and 18th in Europe.

BIC Euronova and INCIBE collaborate on a new acceleration programme for ten companies, rewarding three projects

BIC Euronova, the European Business and Innovation Centre in Malaga, in collaboration with the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE) — an entity under the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service, through the State Secretariat for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructures — has launched the third edition of the Cybersecurity Ventures acceleration programme.

Building on the success of the previous two editions, this ambitious programme is designed to support start-ups and innovative SMEs operating in the cybersecurity field. The initiative will select ten companies to take part in the acceleration process, with three outstanding projects receiving special recognition at the end of the programme.

Mothium wins the 13th Keiretsu Investor Forum Andalusia

The Keiretsu Investor Forum Andalusia for startups, organised by BIC Euronova and Keiretsu Forum Spain, held its thirteenth edition at the Carmen Thyssen Museum in Malaga. Aimed at early-stage companies seeking private funding, the forum brought together eight previously selected startups. These companies presented their projects to more than 150 investors, with the opportunity to secure up to €800,000 in private financing.

Eight selected startups took part in the funding round of the 13th edition of Keiretsu Investor Forum Andalusia, presenting their projects to more than 150 private investors and business angels, with the opportunity to secure up to €800,000 in private investment.
