IV Transnational meeting of the DigiWorkWell project with BIC Euronova as partner
BIC Euronova is partner of the DigiWorkWell project, that analyses mental and physical wellness, the productivity and the ability to communicate effectively at work; and that it also has as an objective design, develop and implement a new approach to train managers of SMEs and entrepreneurship consultants in all Europe about digital wellness. All project partners continue to work to deliver the best results from the following resources:

Result 01: The guide for employees about digital wellness, this is a high profile report that highlights the trend of digital wellbeing and raises awareness of the importance of introducing formation for managers in management and supporting employees digital use while working.
Result 02: Digital Wellbeing check-up tool, is an interactive online tool created that allows the SMEs managers to assess their strenghts and weaknesses in relation to employees´ digital wellness and determine an appropriate way trough the next learning materials.
Result 03: Digital Wellbeing Training Programme, that forms a complete whole of learning objectives, capacitation materials and case studies provided to SMEs managers and business advisors to get knowledge, skills and self-confidence needed to implement a group in the company to avoid digital overload of the employees.
On the 6th of September, the project partners met in Barcelona on the occasion of the fourth and final presential coordination meeting. At this meeting, it was reviewed and advised on the elaboration of the formation of digital wellbeing. In addition, we have coordinated and established the deadlines for the completion of the last of the resources, expectant of the possible results that will be obtained.
